Shipping Policy
Online Orders
Our online store accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Only 1 payment method will be accepted per order. Your card will be charged once the order is received online.
To check the status of your online order:
1.Sign in to your account
2.Under Order/Billing History towards the bottom of the page, you will see previous orders and shipping status/tracking information for all shippable orders.
Where We Ship
Currently, we ship online purchases only to addresses in the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship online orders to U.S. territories.
Online orders containing devices must be shipped to a physical street address. Online orders containing products other than devices (such as accessories and maps) can be shipped to a P.O. Box.
Shipping Options
Shipping charges are based on location, delivery speed required, and package size. The current options for shipping within the U.S. are:
- UPS Ground shipping (2–5 business days)
- UPS 3-Day Select (3 business days)
- UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days)
- UPS Next Day Air Saver (Next business day –PM delivery)
- UPS Next Day Air (Next business day – AM delivery)
- USPS (2-8 business days)
All orders are subject to a 1-2 business day processing time before shipping by delivery times above.
Shipping costs vary if shipping outside the U.S. and may include additional duties, customs fees or brokerage fees.
