Dining Certificates are issued by Restaurant.com (RDC), which is solely responsible for the Certificates. SkyHawke Technologies, LLC (SkyHawke) assumes no liability for Dining Certificates. Dining Certificates may be redeemed only by residents of the U.S. and only through www.diningdough.com in accordance with the rules and limitations of RDC and www.diningdough.com. Dining Certificates have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash at any time. Dining Certificates are subject to restaurant participation and availability and are subject to the rules and limitations of participating restaurants. Minimum purchases may be required. No responsibility is assumed by SkyHawke for any action, product or content of RDC or any restaurant. RDC restaurant specific certificates come primarily in $25 denominations. Only one (1) restaurant specific certificate may be used per restaurant visit. Upon redemption of a Dining Dough promotional certificate for a restaurant certificate, all rules and limitations of the participating restaurant (which may include minimum purchase requirements) apply.
