What do I do if my SkyCaddie is showing inaccurate yardages or no yardages at all?

To correct this problem, follow these steps to do a GPS reset on your SkyCaddie.

SG1, SG2, SG3, and SG4 models:

  1. Turn on your SkyCaddie and open any course for play.
  2. Press the Menu button.
  3. Scroll to and select Advanced.
  4. Select Yes in response to Use Advanced Menu.
  5. Scroll to and select GPS.
  6. Scroll to and select Reset GPS.
  7. Select Reset.
  8. Take your SkyCaddie outside and stand by while the device acquires satellite signals. This may take 15 to 20 minutes.

SG5 model:

  1. Turn on the SkyCaddie and open any course and hole from the SkyCourse list.
  2. Press the MENU button on the lower left hand side to access the MENU options.
  3. Scroll to the Advanced Menu. Press the button below the Select soft key.
  4. Scroll to GPS and press Select.
  5. Scroll to Reset GPS and press Select.
  6. Press the button below the Reset soft key in response to Reset GPS?.
  7. Take your SkyCaddie outside and stand by while the device acquires satellite signals on the screen with the picture of the world. This may take up to 5 minutes.
