Activate Renewal From Email

After a membership renewal has been purchased, SkyGolf will send an Activation Email so that you can finalize this renewal on your SkyCaddie. Look for the email titled "Activate Your Membership from SkyGolf". Click on the "Activate Now" button from within that email to attach the membership to your SkyCaddie.

Wi-Fi SYNC

Handhelds:

1. With SkyCaddie ON, choose SYNC from Start Menu

2. Select Wi-Fi Sync.

3. Once the “Initializing” screen comes up, press SETUP in the top right corner.

4. Choose the Wi-Fi connection you want to use and enter the password if prompted.

5. Once connected, exit the Setup.

Watches:

• Power ON & select “SYNC”
• choose “Wi-Fi Sync”
• tap “Set Up Wi-Fi”
• Choose “Network” (router)
• Login with your Network Password and “Connect”
• Once connected, exit the Setup.

Sync Complete/ Select “CLOSE”

Bluetooth SYNC:

Using your smart device, go to the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store to download the SkyGolf 360 mobile app. Log in to the app using the same credentials you use on our website.

To pair your SkyCaddie Watch with SkyGolf 360:


1. Press and hold the MENU button until the Menu
opens.
2. Select SETTINGS and press the OK button.
3. Select BLUETOOTH.
4. Select SYNC NOW. The SkyCaddie Watch will turn on Bluetooth and it will go to the “Pair Ready” screen.
5. In the SkyGolf 360 mobile app, press the SYNC icon
and follow the on-screen instructions to complete
pairing process.

Battery Tips While Using SkyCaddie Mobile App

IPHONE

Close other apps you aren’t using. To do this, double tap the home button and then slide unwanted apps upward to close.

Turn off background app refresh for non-critical apps. Some apps (particularly social media apps) can use a lot of battery life even when you’re not looking at them. To minimize that, go to Settings > General > Background App Refresh and toggle this off for non-critical apps.

Reduce screen brightness and turn on Auto-Lock. The brighter your screen is, the more quickly it will drain your battery. And if you leave the screen on in your pocket, it will drain the battery very fast. To change these settings, go to Settings > Display & Brightness and Settings > General > Auto-Lock.

Avoid using other apps during your round. Texting/emailing while SkyCaddie Mobile is running amplifies battery consumption.

    ANDROID

    To pair your SkyCaddie Watch with SkyGolf 360:


    1. Press and hold the MENU button until the Menu

    TOUCH

    1. Press the sync icon in the bottom-left of the home screen on the SkyCaddie Touch(two arrows going in a circle) to put it in SYNC Mode.

    2. – Go to the Bluetooth Settings on your Smart Device to pair the SkyCaddie Touch with the Bluetooth. Please be aware the Serial number may show on your smart device instead of the name “SkyCaddie Touch”. If this happens please look for the device’s serial 12 digit number starting with 9T.

    3. Select “BLUETOOTH – Connect your SkyCaddie TOUCH”

    4. Press “Next” at the bottom

    5. Select the Sync option showing under your SkyCaddie TOUCH serial number.

    How do I SYNC using Wi-Fi?

    Easily connect to Wi-Fi by following the instructions below:

    SkyGolf does not have a repair facility nor replacement parts such as batteries or connection ports for repair.

    For Credits:

    Please be sure to return all items for a 30-day return including user and product guides, retail packaging box, cables, etc. Failure to return all items in these terms will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee or charged for the non-returned item(s).

    • 30-day period is effective upon date of purchase.
      Shipping and handling are excluded.
    • Any returns must be in original packaging, include all components, and be in like new condition.
    • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and will be charged for any non-returned items included in the Return Merchandise Authorization.
    • Any SkyCaddie watch returned under the 30-day return policy without the watch bands attached will be billed.
    Shipping

    For US customers, the shipping prices for areas outside of the contiguous 48 states will result in higher delivery fees. These fees can be quoted by calling 866-759-4653. If an order is placed outside of these 48 states, support will contact you to obtain payment for the additional shipping fee.
