Can I renew my SkyCaddie membership through the SkyGolf 360 App?
Yes, you can renew your membership via the SkyGolf 360 App.

• Select the “Devices” section of the SkyGolf360 App

• Scroll down the devices page until you locate the SkyCaddie ESN (Electronic Serial Number) that needs renewal.

• Select the “Renew Membership” button located below that SkyCaddie to begin the renewal process.

Can the SkyGolf 360 App be downloaded to multiple devices?
Yes, the SkyGolf360 App can be downloaded to multiple devices, but can only be connected via Bluetooth to one device at a time.

Does SkyCaddie Mobile have an Android Wear app?
No, SkyGolf 360 does not currently have an Android Wear app.

Does SkyCaddie Mobile have an Apple Watch app?

How can I change my password in SkyGolf 360?
• From the home screen of the app, select “Account”
• Choose the “Password” tab, which will be the 4th option
• Enter your old password once and your new password twice
• Select “Change Password”

How can I create an account and register my SkyCaddie using SkyGolf 360 ?
Congratulations on the purchase of your new SkyCaddie! While it comes with a 30 day trial period, you can create an account at any point within that initial 30 days by going to our website at www.myskycaddie.com . This will allow you to place the SkyCaddie in your name, activate the warranty, and purchase an optional membership. After the account is created, you can choose to add a SkyCaddie through the web or the app.

How can I view my membership information?
From the home screen of the app or www.skygolf360.com, select “Devices”. This is where you will be able to view your SkyCaddies, memberships, warranties, and other details directly related to your SkyCaddie.

How to transfer your scores and stats from oobgolf to SkyGolf 360
We built a Move Data Tool to quickly and easily transfer scores and stats from oobgolf to SkyGolf 360. To transfer your scores and stats, follow the instructions below.
 
Sign in to your SkyGolf 360 account (or create a new SkyGolf 360 account)

    Is it necessary to turn Bluetooth on while using SkyGolf 360?
    It is not necessary to turn on Bluetooth while using SkyGolf 360 unless you are attempting to download data to your device.

    Is SkyGolf 360 Compatible with Apple iOS 8?
    Our NEW SkyGolf 360 App is compatible with the new Apple iOS 8. If you are having any issues with the SkyGolf 360 App please contact our Live Chat Support for assistance.

    Is there a preferred network to use when opening SkyGolf 360?
    Yes! While your cellular network will work for this app, a WiFi connection is the optimal source since the app is web based.

    What features will “Smart Notification” contain?
    Alerts you to all Smart phone notifications that you have turned on via your smartphone such as text message, emails and phone calls.

    Which SkyCaddies are compatible with the SkyGolf 360 App?

    Skygolf360 App is exclusive to SkyGolf customers with an active membership account.
     

    You can wirelessly sync your WATCH with Bluetooth enabled  to the SkyGolf360 application for real time insights and ‘OnDemand’ course updates.


    With SkyGolf360 you can view and explore your game, manage your SkyCaddie devices plus much more.
